Does Ekhtemha cost anything?
No. Ekhtemha is free for customers.
How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number, then the 6-digit code we send you on WhatsApp. The first time, you also add a few details about yourself to create your account.
Which cafés can I collect stamps at?
Cafés that have joined Ekhtemha. If your favorite café is not on it yet, tell the staff about us, or send them to ekhtemha.com/coffeeshops.
A stamp is missing. What do I do?
Ask the staff to check your card at the counter. If it is still wrong, contact support and tell us the café and the day.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. You can also follow the steps on the support page.
